You can unleash it Friday at T.T. the Bear's Place in Cambridge, where there's going to be a horror hotel-themed party featuring kinky cabaret set to DJ'ed industrial tunes. If horror parties aren't your thing, but horror films are, Sam Raimi's cult classic Army of Darkness is being screened Friday at midnight at the Coolidge Corner Theatre, only in this screening, you and your rowdy crowd-mates are encouraged to shout out all the classic lines along with Bruce Campbell and the other world-class thespians in the movie.
There are plenty of reasons to do a day trip to Maine in the fall, and from where we sit, winning your lady's weight in beer and cold cash after carrying her on your back like a barbarian across rough terrain is better than most. And even if you don't win, at least you got out of foliage watching.
