The Prudential’s food court: dead and gone. Eataly: not happening for a while. In the meantime, a food court of sorts is popping up all month in the Belvidere Arcade, featuring a rotating roster of locals like Sa Pa and CNR Guys. And that’s the story of how lunch was saved.
