Will Gilson of Puritan & Company just opened a juice stand in Kendall called Beatnik Beverage Company. There are juice things, like BBQ Lemonade with lemon, lime, agave and activated charcoal. And there are non-juice things, like kombucha on tap and Bulletproof coffee. Non-juice game: strong.

Artisanal hand-churned butter is a thing. So much of a thing that Menton’s staging an entire dinner dedicated to the butter of Vermont-based creamery Animal Farm, with a champagne reception and a five-course dinner that includes shellfish butter soup and buttermilk semifreddo.
