The Abbey Lounge reopens as Trina's Starlite Lounge in Inman Square tomorrow, replacing the teeny live-rock venue of yesteryear with Southern comfort-food (fried chicken and waffles), a funky retro diner theme and seating that can be best described as "plywood-y."

Come pay your respects on Saturday at the "What the Fluff?" festival in Somerville (the proud birthplace of Fluffernutters), where there'll be live music, food booths and Fluff-inspired drinks—though personally we plan to keep our distance from the Fluffuccino.

Pre-fixe dishes will come with cornbread, greens and fruit cups, but it's the fact that the style of the chicken (Southern, Korean, etc.) will change each Sunday that has us ready with the wet-naps.
