Kitchen LTO is doing it again. That thing where it closes, tweaks the interior and then relaunches with a new chef and a new menu. That chef: Brooke Egger. That menu: dishes like bison tartare, an 18-ounce porterhouse and a sweet tea Cornish hen. “One hen, two straws, please.”
Good news: Friday lunches have returned to Oak. Better news: they’re now paired with a rolling martini cart. So summon it over for a choice of three martinis (one classic and two not classic), then watch as your drink is prepared tableside. Then take the rest of the afternoon off.
