Since we last spoke, Deep Ellum lunching has improved significantly. Because Chef DAT’s temple of fine-dining dinners has just opened for casual counter-service and to-go lunches. Have some gumbo, have a po’boy (Kobe oxtail, jerk chicken, blackened fish), and, hey, throw in a midday cocktail. We won’t tell.
