Cinco de Mayo is over, but no one told these guys. Because Four Corners is hosting local taco expert José R. Ralat for an enlightening discussion on the glorious food. You can expect taco stories, taco history and, yes, taco eating. Also, beer. There will be beer. Brewery and all.
