We’d like to take this opportunity to opine on a very sensitive subject: breakfast. You see, we think you should eat that instead of dinner... every night next week. And what follows is your carefully curated blueprint for doing just that. Wear it like a badge of honor.

MONDAY: ROSEBUD

An Oldie but an Amazing-y

The What: If you’ve yet to go to one of Rosebud’s Monday night brunches... for shame. Think housemade Bloodys, Country Ham & Brie French Toast and chicken and waffles all night.
The Why: Sunday brunch: a matter of life and death. Monday brunch: an honor and a privilege.

TUESDAY: CREPE REVOLUTION

Building Your Own Night Breakfast

The What: Find the section of the menu that lets you customize your own crepes... then load them with bacon, andouille sausage, fried eggs and Swiss. Oh, and every Friday night they’ll be doling out french toast doused in a Grand Marnier and cinnamon batter.
The Why: It’s Tuesday. This should help you deal with the fact that it’s Tuesday.

WEDNESDAY: WEST EGG

Beer and Waffles on the Westside

The What: Nocturnally consuming Pimiento Cheese & Bacon Omelets, Belgian waffles and Fried Green Tomato Wraps—important. Doing so with a cold beer in your hand—crucial.
The Why: Your midweek Westside happy hour gives way to a budding... friendship with a shared affinity for late-night syrup.

THURSDAY: THE SQUARE PUB

Your 10pm Brunch Menu Awaits

The What: Every night at 2200 hours, the Square Pub’s brunch menu comes alive with Pulled Pork Hash, french toast with applewood-smoked bacon and the requisite spread of huevos rancheros.
The Why: Think of this as an intermission carbo-load between pregame pints and late-night martini luges.

FRIDAY: DELIA’S CHICKEN SAUSAGE STAND

4am Double Ds, Now in Breakfast Form

The What: You know Delia’s by now. But at the very least, a 4am last call for Double D Delight Sliders—chicken sausage patties nestled between grilled Krispy Kreme donuts and topped with cherry cream cheese—bears repeating.
The Why: It’s Friday at 4am... See above.
