English shoemaker Crockett & Jones debuted in 1879.

So it only took them a short 142 years to start selling their wares online.

The brand's shiny new e-commerce site just launched, and that's where you can find all the handsome leather boots, oxfords, loafers, driving shoes and velvet slippers that your heart desires.

It's a website. Yes. But Crockett & Jones individually crafts everything in-house, with each pair taking up to eight labor-intensive weeks to manufacture. So, for a heritage company that does things the old-school way, selling online is a big step. And considering that, until now, you had to either visit their stores in Europe or New York, or make purchases via mail-order, it's a big step for you, too.

Browse the selection, and you'll see a military-inspired derby boot with a vibram rubber sole that's ready for harsh conditions. You'll see soft velvet slippers that wouldn't look out of place with a smoking jacket. You'll even see limited-edition James Bond-approved oxfords created for the forthcoming film "No Time To Die." So, you've got options.

But the website isn't the only thing that's new. There's also the the brand's Unstructured collection, which features a trio of suede loafers. Two years in the making, the collection sports the brand's Superflex leather sole and a new unlined construction process, so the shoes are light, comfortable and flexible, while still maintaining plenty of durability and grip.

They're perfect for the WFH era, daily wear, traveling and any time you want to look a little nicer than you have to.
