The hierarchy of meals goes something like this:
Breakfast: The most important one of the day.
Dinner: The most formal one of the day.
So where does that leave lunch?
Now that Sushi 4 Fun, the new self-serve sushi spot in Downtown, is open, lunch is... fun? Sure, fun. Anyway, check it out.
You'll head here when those midday sushi cravings inevitably set in. Feel free to bring some office people along. It's a good office-people place.
Right when you open the door, you'll see rows upon rows of sushi resting on raw wood surfaces before you. Start by grabbing a tray and making your way through the endless options. A little tilapia ceviche from the soups and salads section. A Dragon Roll with shrimp, avocado and spicy mayo here. A Volcano Roll with salmon and mustard sauce there.
And by all means, feel free to create your own combo. You'll pay by what everything weighs as opposed to what it consists of.
Finally, bring your bounty to one of the outdoor tables beneath black umbrellas to take in some of downtown as well as the contents of your tray.
You may have already figured that last part out.
