Park days are here.

Which calls to mind an age-old dilemma: how do you eat the Bulgogi beef you so desperately crave in an acceptable on-the-go format?

Answer: put it in a burrito.

Or better yet, have the fine people at Saucy Asian do it for you. It’s a casual new Korean-like spot that opens Monday in the Castro and is about to make your life so much better. Check it out.

You and your casual third date will swing into this brightly colored shop on the way to Dolores. The first thing you’ll probably notice is the big mural of King Kong terrifying San Francisco. Can’t miss it. It’ll be the big mural of King Kong terrifying San Francisco.

That duly noted, you’ll step up to the counter and do a few things. First, choose your format with the option to “Bowl It,” “Wrap It” (burritos) or “Fold It” (tacos). Then, you’ll “Top It” with options like Bulgogi beef, garlic shrimp and soy garlic chicken. You can also “Poké It.” Of course you can.

And since you’ll hopefully be enjoying some warm sun once you take your leave, you may want to pick up one of their popsicles for the road, which come in flavors like watermelon and strawberry apple.

Oh weird, they call that option “Ice It.”
