This is a about a new place from the people behind Camino called The Kebabery.

It's open now in Oakland, and it's got kebabs.

It's also got flatbread that the owners spent two years perfecting, and they'll make you a kebab sandwich with it.

Basically... kebabs.

You and some friends will enter this compact little sister to Camino and take a few seats at the counter. Start with some light conversation. Complement each other on your mutual tastes in lunch establishments. Start acquainting yourselves with this short and sweet menu.

Unnecessary pleasantries out of the way, you'll then want to eat kebabs and stuff. Like the herby lamb one. Or the marinated chicken one. And in case you already forgot, you can turn either one of those into a flatbread kebab sandwich.

There's beer, wine and splits of champagne, too, which you can enjoy at a table underneath one of the giant circular chandeliers. Or just take your entire bounty to-go, split and all.

Champagne and kebabs. That old combo.
