There are all kinds of things you can get in the mail.

Birthday cards. New swim trunks. Letters stating that you may already be a winner.

But we’ve yet to find anything that tastes quite as good when grilled as meat.

So here are a few meat and meat-related options that are now available for delivery and could soon be making their way to your doorstep.

Let’s begin with barbecue.

Joe’s Kansas City Bar-B-Que is a great place to be if you’re into eating perfectly smoked brisket, sausage and whole pork shoulders. Then again, so is your house. Because Joe’s delivers now. They’ll ship large portions of meat to anywhere within these contiguous 48 states. Now is no time to live in Guam.

Sarge’s Deli has been plying New Yorkers with unholy portions of pastrami since 1964. And they’re showing no signs of stopping. But what they are showing is a real concern for those located outside NYC. Those poor souls without easy access to the Monster (pictured), which is pastrami, corned beef, roast beef, salami, turkey, coleslaw, Russian dressing and veggies on thick-sliced rye bread. When carefully constructed, it can stand 12 inches tall. And now this wonderful abomination is available on Goldbely. So have your ruler handy.

George Motz’s Great American Burger Kit has everything you need to make a really great burger. Except the patty. And the bun... But if you want some bourbon smoked sea salt, French onion confit, classic grain mustard and garlic dill pickles to festoon your homemade burger, well, this is for you. It also includes Motz’s Great American Burger Book, which is your ticket to grilling up burgers like the one you’re ogling above.

It’s okay, there’s no shame in it.
