Just make a point of dropping by the big, hopping marble bar in the middle of this place. It’s where Matt Biancaniello designs all the cocktails and starts popping up starting next week. So that’s where you’ll find your white balsamic Negronis, shiitake rum and spice-rub-infused tequila with red bell pepper.
