These guys opened Laurel Tavern, then Downtown’s Spring Street Bar, Library Bar and Beelman’s Pub. Now they’re back in the Valley to squeeze more than 100 kinds of whiskey into a fetching Adirondack hunting lodge hung with stuffed pheasants, jackalope horns, snowshoes and a sled. Rosebud. Rosebud. And it’s perfectly positioned by Warner Brothers and ABC to take the edge off your last pitch meeting on a leather stool at the long wood bar. That’s where to toast (or drown) everything that just happened with a Cucumber Swizzle (cucumber juice with mezcal, yellow Chartreuse, ginger and lime) over shaved ice.
We could also see you and some associate producers settling in for smoked wings, fried-chicken sandwiches and double-ground burgers with beer and bourbon mint sweet tea from the 20 taps. Order those at the bar and they’ll bring them to the patio.
