Welcome to Qing Mu. It’s from the people behind Miami’s beloved sushi spot Doraku and it
soft-opened this morning in Buckhead Atlanta.
The whole setup here is meant to look like something you’d find alongside a country road in China. And it does, thanks to the fake shingle roof and the rough wooden cabinets. (See it here.)
Order your noodles however you like, but might we suggest…
--Their original broth (the ingredients are secret).
--The roasted duck and oxtail.
--The BYHO spice level. That means “Blow your head off.”
It’s not violent if it’s delicious.
