Least likely to “never change”: Essensia. There’s a different menu every two weeks. Keeps things interesting.

Let’s cut to the chase: Batch’s new Sunday brunch has something called Homer’s Doh’nut Waffles. It’s basically waffles made with donut batter, cinnamon sugar and glaze. Now, you’ll also find the typical brunch accoutrements: french toast, a cornbread benedict and bottomless mimosas and Bellinis. But come on. Donut waffles.
