You know Zuma. Downtown Japanese spot on the bay. They place raw fish on rice. And simmering hot pots on your table. Well, now they’re doing all of that on Saturday for brunch while adding Umami Marys spiked with truffle-dashi vodka to the equation. They’ve got a bunch of geniuses working over there.
