Usually, you go to a restaurant, and the chef is the chef. But at the first incarnation of Test Kitchen a while back, the chef was... somebody different all the time. Probably from one of the best restaurants in town. Well, that’s all happening again. Coincidentally, on nights you’ll be eating dinner.
Back in the private little tasting room behind the Bazaar, there will be mezcal. There will be a pumpkin-meringue sandwich. There will be cotton candy. And there will be white truffles all over everything. It’s a nearly endless truffle dinner. NBD.
