And if you’re really in the mood to pork it up, there’s this five-course pig fest paired with wines at the Four Seasons’ new steakhouse. Go from bread with whipped lard to Stuffed Trotter and Whole Head Tortellini. So much better than half-head tortellini.
You may find yourself perusing some galleries this weekend on Art Night. If so, be sure to stop by the Stage, where local artist and live-painting powerhouse Lebo will be brushing canvases and showing video art. Also, there will be PBRs, in case you get thirsty.
Strong drinks in martini glasses—you’re interested. So you’ll be pleased to know that Dale DeGroff, a man who helped bring back old-school mixology, will be holding court and chronicling the history of cocktails. And yes, you’ll get to sample the goods as well.
