The roughly eight-by-six-and-a-half foot space includes built-in shelves and drawers, and it comes furnished with a desk and a chair, so you've got everything you need to buckle down and do some work.

Of course, you don't have to use it for an office. Throw in a yoga mat or a bike, and you've got a workout space. Fill those shelves with your favorite bottles, and you've got a new home bar. Affix some sound-proof pads to the walls, and enjoy your very own scream room.
