Springtime warmth is finally upon us. And just as the general public will inevitably flock to the sunshine and outdoors, so too will the meats. All of which are ready to bask and glisten and tumble about a warm charcoal grill. But as any seasoned city dweller will tell you, one does not simply roll the ol’ Weber over to Central Park or neighborly rooftop for a barbecue. That would be a time-tested pain in the ass.
