Whether you root for the Galaxy, Chivas or team Greenland, we can all cheer one thing on together in LA:
Pasta.
And with these weird words, we introduce No. 10 Restaurant, an elegant and modern Italian restaurant elevating your pizza, pasta and meats on regularly updated seasonal menus, opening tomorrow on 3rd Street looking like this.
What you have here is the site of your next dressed-up date night or dinner with clients you plan to electrify. Coming to you from restaurateur Emanuele Romani and Alessandro Del Piero, a FIFA World Cup Winner for Italy's national team and #10 for 19 seasons on Juventus.
You may forget that conversation starter once the doors open onto this striking Spacecraft-crafted space with brass dome chandeliers over bronzed leather sofas and a commanding marble bar eager to serve your crew Ombras (mezcal, jalapeño, blood orange juice, agave, lime and blood orange bitters). Just remember: Number 10.
On the right kind of evening, you'll be on the patio not far from a raging fire. And you'll probably start with crudo, powerless to resist things like scallop with passion fruit and fennel pollen.
From there, the variables only increase. You'll want a charcuterie board with the 24-month-aged prosciutto. And the table can easily accommodate a burrata, squash blossom and black truffle pizza with another bottle of Super Tuscan. The resolution of your handmade sausage gnocchi and Australian lamb chops problem, however, will hardly be so cut and dry.
But you'll laugh about all the pressure come moscato time.
