Makeshift drive-thrus you can pull up or walk up to are interesting. Especially when they’re serving buckets of Bird & Bone’s hot fried chicken with cheddar-and-chive biscuits at the Crown entrance at Confidante for one day only. Yep. Especially then.
Take one adult coloring book about a mermaid’s somewhat naughty Miami adventures, throw a poolside launch party for it at the Standard, enlist a sea creature dress code, play music, offer mermaid-themed drinks, award prizes for whoever best stays within the lines and... well, there you go.
