The Greenwich Village spot Pig Bleecker (you may have inferred it’s from the same team behind Pig Beach) is launching brunch this weekend. Go because a former Del Posto chef is in the kitchen. Go because he’ll serve dishes like linguine cacio e pepe with poached eggs. Go because smoked-and-fried chicken and waffles with honey butter will also be available. Go because you know what’s best for you.
It’s a festival where you’ll enjoy three hours’ worth of 10 of Brooklyn’s most creative and delicious Bloody Marys. And a bagel bar. And a cheese station. And a champagne bar. That’s all on the bars-and-stations front, but they will also have live music.
