Completely unaware that there’d be two somewhat excruciating days standing between you and a bunch of new burgers from Eggslut’s creator.

So today, we’re talking about Easy’s Burgers, a formidable new Far East Plaza stand offering many burgers, shakes and fries, opening Monday in Chinatown right beside the Winnie the Pooh ride.

We could go on a tangent here about how Nighthawk Breakfast Bar’s Jeremy Fall and Eggslut chef Alvin Cailan joined forces to make you a menu of five burgers, three shakes and three flavors of fries. How their proprietary meat blend is grinded in house. How the buns and ice cream are made by hand.
