Things were not going well for Trinity Bar. Then Mike Sheerin and a friend decided to rehab the place, install a cocktail den in the basement and create an elevated menu with things like mussels in blonde ale on it. Then things abruptly stopped not going well.
Some of the best dance parties happen when you least expect it. Like when you’re heading to lunch on a typical Friday in October and notice a soul-electronic DJ spinning some tunes outdoors in the Daley Plaza. Yeah. Exactly like that.
