If you’ve ever thought sushi could be a more substantial meal, you’re ready for shushi. That’s sushi with stuff like plantains, meat loaf and the like. You’ll learn to make shushi, and then you’ll wash it down with truffle-infused vodka. And this will happen at a rock-climbing studio. Obviously.
A while back, we told you about Hyde Beach Kitchen + Cocktails. Only we weren’t able to show you exterior pictures of the place because of a little issue with a hurricane. Well, now we can. So take a look here in our slideshow. It’s nice, right? Right.
Bread + Butter is no longer Bread + Butter. It’s now the second location of Little Bread. The common denominator here is bread. So if you show up looking to carbo-load at Bread + Butter, you’ll still be okay.
Fun fact: Frank Sinatra would be 100 years old this year. To celebrate, StripSteak at the Fontainebleau will be serving some of Old Blue Eyes’ favorite dishes at brunch, like wood-roasted prime rib, butter-poached lobster and a Monte Cristo with blackberry jam. Frank was very particular about his Monte Cristos.
Some people are picking the Dolphins to make the playoffs this year. Other people are closing down a block in Fort Lauderdale and throwing a huge party to kick off the season, with a DJ, barbecue, cornhole and beer from Concrete Beach and Funky Buddha. We probably like those second people better.
