When it comes to holiday parties, it’s all about one thing: location, location, location. Also, booze. And those synchronized-swimming elves you hired last year, too. They were great. Point is, we’ve found five places worthy of hosting your nog-fueled throwdown. Now, go deck some halls or something.

THE REC ROOM

Tap Room, Wynwood Brewing

You Require: Your fantasy football league’s libation of choice.
You’ll Receive: Full run of Wynwood Brewing’s brand-new taproom. You bring the food, they’ll provide their industrial, street-art-painted space loaded with untold amounts of glorious beer. The only limit is your liver’s imagination.

THE OBLIGATORY POOL PARTY

Oasis, Sense Beach House

You Require: A pool. Because it’s still 80 degrees outside.
You’ll Receive: Your very own rooftop pool overlooking the Atlantic. Oysters and Florida Wagyu ribeye courtesy of the Local House. Cushioned loungers that easily disguise the occasional champagne spill... or whatever.

THE SPEAKEASY

The Mezzanine, Cafeina

You Require: Dimly lit sexiness. In an old-timey kind of way.
You’ll Receive: A Prohibition-y alcove (dark woods, plush velvet couches, racy red lighting) for you and 39 non-teetotalers. There’s also a private bar up there with its very own signature cocktail menu. Leave the bathtub gin at home.

THE BOURBON BARN

Upstairs Dining Room, Swine

You Require: Something akin to a barn-raising party. With bourbon. Of course.
You’ll Receive: A standing ovation from your guests as a whole roasted pig is brought out from a wood-burning oven—just in time to thwart any damages incurred at the bourbon-stocked bar conveniently located in the corner of the room.

THE SPANISH VILLA

Upstairs Balcony, Bulla Gastrobar

You Require: A moonlit hideout with Spanish charm.
You’ll Receive: A bounty of tapas like codfish fritters, ibérico ham croquetas and braised oxtail parading before you on a mosaic-tiled balcony. Also: pitchers of beer sangria. Yes, that’s beer and sangria. In case you needed the recipe.
