Klyde Warren’s got a new burger option. It’s called Relish. Yup, just like the truck, except now it’s a shiny glass kiosk with a walk-up window. And behind that window, they’re making you things like mushroom-truffle burgers. And hot dogs. And custard. And beer. Well, they’re pouring beer.
Set your alarm this Saturday, because Mercat is serving brunch now. Which means you’re two days away from sipping Bloody Marys on the patio and eating bacon-laced quiches and fried-quail crepes. Two whole days... It’ll go faster if you don’t think about it.
