You know Victory Sandwich Bar. That place in Inman Park with all the slow-roasted pork sandwiches and frozen Jack and Cokes. Well, they’ve got a second home in Decatur now. Picture industrial metal booths, floor-to-ceiling windows and a gravelly side patio. And then picture drinking frozen Jack and Cokes on a gravelly side patio.
Joli Kobe: great bakery. And as of today, the Sandy Springs one is turning into a great restaurant. They’re unveiling a chef’s table (the chef’s a Chopped girl) and an open kitchen slinging things like smoked Georgia trout and Pine Street Market charcuterie. And you’re unveiling a need for those things.
