Next up on Monday Night Football: the Lions versus the Bears. And maybe you’re emotionally (read: financially) invested in that game. Probably you’re not. For instance, if you get the braised pork cheeks, your date will get a gratis trout dish. Unless your date is allergic to trout.
The Spotted Trotter has existed for a year now. So if you haven’t been there yet, next Friday would be a good time to start. They’ll have about 10 chefs (from places like Rosebud, and Proof and Provision), vodka, local beers/wine and a jazz funk band. Oh right, and their smoked meat. Which makes sense.
