Breaking news: Friday is National Eat Outside Day. Thing is, you started celebrating during lunch today. And yesterday. Still, good excuse to head over to Edge for a rooftop picnic with blue crab and corn hush puppies, beer-braised brisket and bourbon custard. Bourbon always gets you in the holiday spirit.
In honor of your supersized weekend, the Delano is throwing, well, a supersized pool party. There’s the usual DJ and cabanas, but this Sunday will bring bottles of Moët Ice and a joint surf-and-turf brunch from Bianca. Last call for your white bib.
Roast pork. Call it a hunch, but we bet you could use some. All you need to do: wait. Until Sunday. And go to PAX. They’re hosting a traditional Cuban dinner (roast pig, black beans, lots of live music) and serving Azucar’s bourbon/Heath bar ice cream. You’ll want that. Call it another hunch.
