Maybe her parents are coming to town. Maybe it’s Mom’s birthday. Maybe a producer just told you your

Introducing Wolfgang Puck at Hotel Bel-Air, a blushing beauty of a new restaurant situated near the hotel’s legendary lake of swans, now soft-open for hotel guests and officially debuting to the public on Tuesday.
First, some history. For the last couple of years, the Hotel Bel-Air has been shut down for some major upgrades—including this totally new restaurant. And before that... actually, that’s enough history.

On cool nights, you’ll see fog rolling in as you feast on seafood, steak tartare and... bone marrow.
And the lobby lounge now spills outside, too, so you’ll want to hole up by an outdoor fireplace for a swan-adjacent aperitif.
Your favorite kind of aperitif.
