Acclaimed/tattooed chef Ludovic Lefebvre kept busy this year goosing diners with spontaneous modern fare like Foie Gras Black Croque Monsieurs at his pop-up kitchen behind the Breadbar stoves. The evening's wines—Bitch Grenache and Pure Evil Chardonnay.
The 800-pound gorilla of tasting events beats its mighty chest this weekend, with help from Benjamin "Ford's Filling Station" Ford, Celestino "Drago Centro" Drago, Neal "Grace" Fraser—and plenty of beer, wine, tequila and gin. But probably not 800 pounds' worth. Probably.
