Renowned chef and doughnut god Wylie Dufresne is turning over the menu at Du's Donuts and Coffee today to an entirely new list of "winter flavors." Highlights include blood orange creamsicle with vanilla icing and a blood orange glaze; oatmeal chai with cinnamon oatmeal crumble; and ginger matcha. Oh, and should you significant other be a doughnut person, mark February 6th on your calendar—they'll be doing a couple of special Valentine's Day flavors (raspberry vanilla and raspberry chocolate topped with a mixed berry and white chocolate crumble), which look damn good and are available for pre-order right now.
