Inevitable.

That's what this is.

We're talking, of course, about rosé shots. But we're talking about rosé shots being served to you at the Moonlighter, the Scofflaw team's latest haunt that's now open in Logan Square looking exactly like this.

So it's one of the better reasons for talking about rosé shots.

The first thing you'll notice is the massive patio. It's difficult to miss with the bright yellow tables and matching umbrellas. It'll come in handy next spring when you're sharing a pitcher of mezcal punch in front of the fireplace. For now, stick to the leather booths and industrial accents of the indoor bar.

There's a fireplace inside, too, surrounded by rustic wood benches. It's there where you can, and probably should, indulge in an array of double burgers. Go traditional with the house burger with mustard griddled patties and special sauce, or try the blackened patties of the Pittsburgh burger with blue cheese, ranch and pickled onions.

As you've probably deduced by now, this is a no-frills type of place where you can drink a bitter take on the Manhattan called a Western Bell or Half Acre's Tuna on draft. Or maybe just another round of rosé shots.

Again, so sorry about those.
