You’ll see: Very many attractive New Yorkers wearing black, dancing near pools, pool decks and panoramic views of the entire Manhattan skyline.
You’ll consume: Cocktails and champagne. Cocktails and champagne.

THE EARTH

Taking It Easy at Porchlight

You’ll see: ’20s and ’30s jazz, a tarot card reader, acrobats and a lot of restaurant-industry folks.
You’ll consume: Any or all of 10 cocktails at the open bar, fortified by crawfish pies and smoked cheddar biscuits.

THE CLICHÉ SUBVERSION

A Full Skypod Above Times Square

You’ll see: The madness of Times Square and a close-up view of the ball drop from your own private pod (for up to 20). You’re in it but not of it.
You’ll consume: Anything from Charlie Palmer at the Knickerbocker.

THE WHOLE DAMN PLACE

Running Genuine Liquorette for the Night

You’ll see: A retro basement bar full of only you, your friends and liquor, with which you can do whatever you like.
You’ll consume: Unlimited drinks and food (award-winning mini burgers, lobster rolls, etc.), all topped off with a champagne or Tecate toast at midnight.

THE SEXY ONE

No Clothes Allowed

You’ll see: A low-key circus-type vibe where everyone is wearing their own interpretation of pajamas.
You’ll consume: Open-bar infused cocktails, brick-oven pizzas and the requisite champagne toast.

THE BRUNCH

The Great Comedown

You’ll see: A nice, quiet, relaxing, classic Midtown hotel space with low, soft light and people who will speak to you slowly and softly.
You’ll consume: The Recovery Brunch—brie-stuffed french toast with berry compote and an entire custom Bloody Mary bar.
