This weekend, it’s the Windy City Smokeout, where the nation’s best barbecue pitmasters and country music acts converge along the Chicago River for three days of tender smoked meats, rare beers and live barbecuing demonstrations. Next weekend, Bruce Springsteen lassos a bull.
