Some places are for taking dates.

And some places are for meeting future dates who are delightful, budding neo-jug-band artists.

This is one of the latter.

It’s Our Wicked Lady, a bar’s bar in Bushwick that’s got a rooftop, a little bit of space for live music and several more spaces for just making stuff, soft-open now and detailed mere millimeters below.

The Bar
This, along with everything else you’ll read about, is in or on top of an old warehouse. The bar is inside, and is where you’ll go for some fine local ale and a handful of house cocktails. And in front of that entrancing light display above, there will be the occasional neighborhood band, which, in this neck of the woods, has some potential.

The Rooftop
... is soon to come. It’ll have its own bar and fewer than six sides, counting the floor. It’ll be the first rooftop bar in the neighborhood.

The Studios
You should start a band, because everyone loves someone in a band, and here, they’ve got rehearsal space. They’ve also got artist and videographer spaces.
