You can use this place as you would any other wine bar. You’ll find it off the main drag—a rustic-industrial spot to escape the heat, with chandeliers and bar stools made from wine barrels. (See it all here.)
The house wines are made, well, in-house, from grapes or grape juice sourced from all over the world. Pair them up with a menu of duck prosciutto, avocado toast and Greek meatballs.
Soon, you may find yourself making an appointment to come back to do your own malbec or pinot. And then bottling it, with your own custom label. You can do anywhere from a couple cases to a whole barrel.
Make some with Dad. Make some with a wine-loving friend. Make some just so you can throw a party in their barrel room when it’s all ready.
