We say 10. Ten grilled cheeses is the sweet spot.

There’s this big communal table in the middle of the place, and it kind of makes it seem silly to sit at any of the surrounding tables. So we’re envisioning you on one of those charming first dates where it’s cool to sit close to other people you don’t know, and maybe strike up some conversation with them, to show you’re a person of the people.
In addition to landing that ramen and cocktail (shochu, agave, blackberry and mint), you’re looking at all those grilled cheeses. One of which is gruyère with candied bacon. We wouldn’t discourage that.
It’s only open Friday through Sunday, so that’s bummer-ish. Call it a lovable quirk. The rest of the time it’s one-off theme dinners. Think childhood memory dinners and Julia Child retro ones. They’re leaning toward the experimental.
