It’s all unfinished woods and white subway tiles, plus six little tables.

It opens early.
Like, 7am early. So you can stumble in for a bleary-eyed cup of coffee and a corn muffin before heading to work. Or back to bed.

The books aren’t your usual books.
If you need the latest Clive Cussler novel, keep walking. But if it’s The Aphrodisiac Encyclopaedia or a tome on vintage pistols you’re after... then yes.

Soup. They’ve got it.
A rotating selection like chicken noodle, clam chowder, chili and other things that are very necessary right about now.

It’s getting bigger.
There’s a space in back—go ahead, ask to see it—that’ll soon have more seating, a projector for showing movies and the occasional author visit.
