S’mores Parfait at Lulu’s Allston

What it is: A little glass filled with marshmallow fluff, dark chocolate mousse, toasted graham cracker crumbs, hazelnut liqueur and an enormous charred marshmallow. It’s like they were going for a s’mores theme.
Pairs well with: A plate of s’mores pancakes at their brunch, if you enjoy overkill.

THE ON-FIRE ONE

Campfire S’mores at Legal Crossing

What it is: A stack of housemade graham crackers, Valrhona chocolate, pistachios and marshmallows. Plus a flaming cauldron on the side. No, that part’s not a coincidence.
Pairs well with: Basic fire safety instincts.

THE LIQUID ONE

Campfire Milkshake at Burger Dive

What it is: An adult beverage with chocolate ganache, vanilla ice cream, graham cracker, crème de cacao, vodka and a toasted-marshmallow garnish. They toast better than umbrellas.

What it is: A near-mythic dessert layered with chocolate pudding, miso caramel, toasted brown butter graham cracker crumbs and housemade fluff. It’s only available for a few weeks each year, including... this one. Funny how that worked out.
Pairs well with: A date. Maybe a bib.

What it is: Call them crazy, but it’s graham crackers, marshmallows and chocolate that you assemble and roast yourself over a fire on their patio. They might be onto something.
