nearby. Their closing sale means denim, vintage shirts and flasks at 50% off. That kind of math isn’t bad
either.
Finally, Scarlet City exists. You’d looked and looked, but hadn’t been able to find a good Pixar-adjacent espresso bar with a couple of pinball machines and a gentle Star Trek theme to take a first date to and see how they react. Best to know their Star Trek stance up front.
Here’s one way to close out the holiday weekend: wrapped in a two-person blanket on a terrace, with cocktails, hot chocolate and popcorn in your immediate vicinity while you catch Chasing Mavericks, that surf-legend biopic filmed nearby. Let’s ignore the other ways for now.
