Pizza and beer: a delicious, tried-and-true combo.

Guess you’d better do some hands-on research.
Make a day of it at Stonedeck Pizza Pub, a friendly Deep Ellum hangout that’s peddling pizzas, beers and the underutilized alcohol-delivery mechanism that is the moonshine flight, soft-open now.
Yes, good things are happening here. And it starts at lunch. So swing by and help yourself to the metal bar stools or wooden booths. Then help yourself further by ordering up a pizza, like the spicy marinara with pepperoni, cherry peppers and blue cheese, or the Bookemdanno with pineapple, smoked provolone and ham. Plus something easy, like one of their nearly 100 American beers. Lunch and all.
But for dinner, well... that’s when you’ll acquaint yourself with some moonshine. They’re pouring 17 in all, so take your pick or get a flight of three. That’s a great way to start your night. Or to quickly end it.
And don’t forget to walk out back. Because that’s where they’re keeping one hell of a patio. We’re talking picnic tables, giant Jenga, cornhole and a fine view of Downtown.
Can’t miss it. Looks like Downtown.
