Someone told us you like drinking atop buildings. Maybe that’s crazy talk. But if it’s on point, know that the Empire’s rooftop is back in business and looking all new (besides the glorious red tint of the sign). Walls: shinier. Terraces: outdoorsier. Seating: copperier. Seriously, give rooftops a chance.
