There’s a quirky burger shop opening in North Center on Monday. They’ll be BYOB to start and have dishes like pig’s ears and poutine. Mainly, though, you’ll show up for their nine burgers, including one with a ramen-noodle bun. Somewhere, the Top Ramen people are kicking themselves.
