Introducing Feast Gold Coast, a spinoff of Bucktown's reliable burgers-and-brunch spot, offering the perfect launching (or landing) pad for your weekend gallivanting.

You'd expect nothing less from Debbie Sharpe, the onetime tour chef for the likes of Paul McCartney, the Rolling Stones and Rod Stewart, who's more than equipped for your appetite. A few weeks ago, she decided to close her wine-and-cheese cafe, Cru, in order to transform it into a second Feast, and we couldn't be more supportive of the move.

So on a Friday night before hitting the bars, you'll slip in for a casual dinner—one of the rock-solid burgers, paired with a cold Fat Tire or a get-this-party-started scotch (or both). Post-bar, you'll wind things down in the lounge with Brisket Sliders, or maybe a simple prosciutto pizza for two.

And in the morning, when you'll need something to help soak up last night, come by for made-to-order omelets, chilaquiles or (what the hell) Bourbon Brioche French Toast.

You can always take a nap.
