Okay, this might get a little confusing. So we’ll just break it down in very basic terms:
Tonight. Pool party. On top of a club.
Let us explain...
Meet Revive, a pool bar rested on the roof of Glass, opening tonight in Uptown.
Yes, this is happening. In November. (Your polar bear plunge team would be proud.) It’ll be like a Vegas-style pool: there’s a sprawling wooden deck, 11 covered bungalows and one long pool for sun goddesses or snow bunnies, depending on the weather. (Sadly, swim-up blackjack is a no-go.)
So tonight, if you find yourself needing to test your waterproof tux (and inevitably you will), head here. You can’t use the main entrance to Glass, so go around the corner and walk through the golden gates. Move past the stone bar and the DJ booth, and boom: pool time.
We recommend an orange sectional in bungalow number two (it’s got the best view of Uptown). Commandeer some sliders from Nick & Sam’s, try not to get ketchup on your flippers, then practice your refined update on the cannonball (dubbed Le Cannonball).
For now, it’s only open on weekend nights. But come summer, you’ll be able to lounge poolside during the day and take in margaritas and meals from a buffet also by Nick & Sam’s.
Just remember to wait 30 minutes before diving in.
